How do I contact you?

We will get back to you as quickly as possible and will do our best to respond within 24 hours during the week.  

Email or Chat are the best way to reach us, but if you would like to contact by phone, please do so at 404-926-6493.  If we do not answer, please leave a message and we'll call back as soon as possible.

How much is shipping?

Flat rate shipping is $5 or FREE for purchases over $35. We usually ship with USPS or UPS, and occasionally with FEDEX.  

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states and to APO addresses. 

How long will it take to get my order?

We will fulfill your order within 2-3 business days. 

Most shipments take 3-5 business days but can take up to 10 business days. 

Due to COVID-19, shipping times are not guaranteed.  We will ship out on time, but due to heavy loads on all shipping carriers, we cannot guarantee it will be delivered on time. 

Tracking information will be provided for each order via the email that was used at checkout.  

What is the Refund Policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all full-priced items.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging and have original tags.  To initiate a return, simply email us at hello@belleandsouthern.com.
