How do I contact you?

If you'd rather call, you can reach us at 404-926-6493. We may not always be able to pick up, so leave a message and we'll call you back as soon as we can. Need to mail us something? How much is shipping?

Flat rate shipping is $5, or free on any order over $75. We ship with USPS, UPS, and occasionally FedEx.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states and to APO addresses.

How long will it take to get my order?

We'll get your order out within 2-3 business days. From there, most shipments arrive in 3-5 business days, though it can occasionally take up to 10. You'll get tracking information sent to the email you used at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all full-priced items. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and still has its tags. To start a return, email us at hello@belleandsouthern.com and we'll take care of you.

Caring for Your Jewelry

Sterling Silver (.925)
Store in the anti-tarnish pouch or with the silver polishing cloth included with your purchase. Polish gently with your cloth to restore shine. Remove before swimming, showering, or applying perfume and lotions. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight.

Argentium Silver
Argentium silver is more tarnish-resistant than standard sterling silver thanks to its higher silver content it stays bright longer with minimal care. Store in a cool dry place. Polish with a soft cloth as needed. Remove before swimming or showering.

Recycled Copper
Copper naturally develops a patina over time some love it, some prefer to keep it bright. Your choice!

  • To embrace the patina: Simply wear and enjoy. The natural aging adds character and is completely normal.
  • To restore the original shine: Gently scrub with a soft toothbrush, a drop of Dawn dish soap, and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing.
  • Exception Southern Moss Copper Cuff: This piece features a hand-applied patina and protective seal coat. Do NOT scrub or use soap. Wipe gently with a dry soft cloth only.

Niobium
Niobium ear wires are hypoallergenic and highly resistant to tarnish and corrosion. Simply wipe clean with a soft damp cloth. No special care required one of the lowest-maintenance metals in jewelry.

Rhodium-Plated Stainless Steel
Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or polishing cloths which can wear down the plating over time. Remove before swimming or showering.

Resin
Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight which can cause color fading over time. Do not use chemical cleaners.

Porcelain & Ceramic Pendants
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. Avoid submerging in water or using any chemical cleaners. Handle with care porcelain is durable but can chip if dropped.

Leather
Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth. Keep away from prolonged moisture and direct sunlight. Avoid getting leather pieces wet. Store flat or hanging to maintain shape.

Teakwood
Wipe clean with a dry cloth. Avoid soaking in water. The natural wood grain may subtly shift over time this is the beauty of natural materials.

Gemstone Care

Clean with a soft damp cloth: Amazonite, Bronzite, Jasper (all varieties including Red Creek, Picasso, Zebra, and Sea Sediment), Labradorite, Snowflake Obsidian, Tiger's Eye, Tibetan & DZI Agate, Millefiori Glass, and Czech Glass. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged sun exposure on all of these.

Clean with a dry soft cloth only no water: Aquatine Calcite, Azurite, Hematite, Pearl, and Amber. These stones are sensitive to moisture and can be damaged, fade, or rust with water exposure.

Special handling:

  • Abalone & Abalone Shell Wipe with a soft damp cloth but avoid all chemicals, perfume, and prolonged water exposure. Abalone is sensitive to acids and harsh products.
  • Tanzanite Soft damp cloth only, no heat, no ultrasonic cleaners, and no harsh chemicals. Tanzanite is one of the most delicate stones in our collection.
  • Pearl Wipe with a dry cloth after every wear. Put them on last, take them off first. Avoid all chemicals including perfume and hairspray.

Universal Tips for All Belle & Southern Jewelry

  • Put jewelry on after applying perfume, hairspray, and lotion
  • Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising
  • Store pieces separately to avoid scratching
