One bangle. Your size. Start the stack.
A single handforged copper bangle, made from 99.9% recycled copper wire by The Swanky Dale in Ball Ground, Georgia. Every one is shaped and hand-hammered on its own, so no two come out alike. Wear it by itself when you want something quiet, or add to it over time and build a stack that is genuinely yours.
Three textures, and you pick. Scalloped has rounded notches punched evenly around the edge. Lined carries fine diagonal cuts and is the most pronounced of the three. Hammered is worked over with a planishing hammer, which leaves small overlapping flats, so the surface catches light in planes rather than points. Choose above, and know that because every one is worked by hand, no two come out exactly alike even within a texture.
Want all three? The set has one of each. Two single bangles come to $39.90. The Copper Bangle Set of 3 is $48.95 and gives you one scalloped, one lined and one hammered in your size, so the third bangle costs $9.05 instead of $19.95. If you were thinking about two, that is the easier call.
Not sure which Belle you are? Our sizing guide walks you through measuring your hand in about a minute. Measure the hand rather than the wrist, because a bangle has to clear your knuckles to go on.
One thing worth knowing. Hammering copper by hand spreads the metal a little, so each bangle finishes within about an eighth of an inch of its size either way. That is the nature of hand-hammered work and it sits comfortably inside a good fit. Between two sizes, go up.
Copper develops a natural patina over time, that's part of the beauty, not a flaw. To slow the patina, buff occasionally with a dry cloth or a copper polishing cloth. Keep away from water, lotions, and perfume when possible. Store in a cool, dry place. More on keeping copper the way you like it in our copper care guide, or see care by material.
Handmade, under $20, and it doesn't look like anything you'll find at the mall. Copper is the traditional gift for a 7-year anniversary, and a single bangle is an easy way to mark one.
Handforged in the USA. Never mass produced.
