The Handcrafted Copper Bangle Set is handforged from 99.9% recycled copper wire by The Swanky Dale right here in Ball Ground, Georgia. Small-batch, never mass produced. Over time the copper develops a natural patina, deepening in character the more you wear it. Lightweight enough to stack all day, substantial enough to mean something.

One of each texture. Every set is one scalloped, one lined and one hammered. Scalloped has rounded notches punched evenly around the edge. Lined carries fine diagonal cuts. Hammered is worked over with a planishing hammer, which leaves small overlapping flats that catch the light. Three different surfaces on one wrist, and that is exactly why they look right stacked together. Because each one is worked by hand, no two sets come out the same.

One thing worth knowing. Hammering copper by hand spreads the metal a little, so each bangle finishes within about an eighth of an inch of its size either way. That is the nature of hand-hammered work and it sits comfortably inside a good fit. Between two sizes, go up.

Copper develops a natural patina over time, that's part of the beauty, not a flaw. To slow the patina, buff occasionally with a dry cloth or a copper polishing cloth.
